The fact that Gemma and her husband Luke work as a team meant the transition from design to build was seamless. All the finer aspects and details are passed directly from designer to builder, ensuring a smooth process. Both Gemma and Luke are detail orientated and meticulous in their work and the finished result shows this.
Luke has a dedicated team of tradespeople who he works closely with to ensure a quality finish. We were delighted that the build process from demolition to moving in was completed in less than 12 months.

“Working with Luke and Gemma over the past year has been such a meaningful experience for us. This home is incredibly important to our family, and thanks to them, we’ve been able to create a space where we can truly settle long-term. Having moved a lot growing up, it means everything to be able to give our kids that stability.
They transformed what was once an “ugly little brick duplex” into something really beautiful — something we genuinely didn’t think was possible before meeting them.
